enable foreigner renew the US visa inside US.

For this petition, I wish the foreigner can renew the US visa inside US in the future.
The US is a country known as freedom and Hunman rights. But as foreigner, sometime staying in US makes me feel like in a prison because we cannot travel abroad when we need. One reason is foreigner can only renew their visa outside of US. And sometimes the visa application processing might take one month or even longer. So even with a legal resident status, foreigner will not try to renew the visa because the long visa processing could cause them have to stay abroad for months then lose their job or scholarship. When you are enjoying with your family during the Christmas eve, please, try to consider many foreigner have to stay away from their family just because of the visa issue.
