People deserve a choice when it comes to their ISP. The way it is right now, ISP's can cut exclusivity deals with apartment complexes and other places to ONLY allow their service in certain areas. This creates an utter monopoly with no competition and no choice for customers - and it slows creativity and innovation in the technical sector. Companies need to compete and be allowed to reach all the customers they technically can.
