Marijuana should be legalized in both the federal government and state government. The legalization of Marijuana would allow Americans to have a more free way of life, and feel less constricted to federal laws em placed. Marijuana is a natural grown substance, and is the reason our jails and prisons are overfilled with "criminals" who used, sold. and/or purchased it. Marijuana has many benefits towards human health. Marijuana has multiple tests that have been proven to benefit types cancer, surgeries, or other diseases we may have. With that being said, Marijuana also has less carcinogens than tobacco, and can be vaporized to eliminate the few it does have. Marijuana can also be taxed at a steady rate, and federally monitored. It would eliminate a black market and the war on Marijuana.
