Enable Military Families with a spouse with a previous felony the ability to equal housing in tthe apartment communities

I would like for the administration to pass a law that would allow military personal with a spouse that has had a felony that has had seven years past since the conviction the ability to live in better apartment communities and not sacrifice family safety due to a less than desirable apartment complex. Are wives and husbands should not have to pay for our mistakes.
