The National Do Not Call Registry doesn't seem to actually do anything. You can register your number and file complaints against telemarketers but the unwanted calls keep coming. Let's urge President Obama to give the Registry some power to prosecute the scofflaws who prey on us with their constant barrage of recorded messages.
