All members of the House and the Senate are to be elected for 1 six year term. After three years, they will undergo a vote of confidence to allow voters the option of removing politicans that are not fulfilling their duties.

Health benefits are extended only while the politican is serving. No benefits after service.
There are no retirement benefits.
After leaving office, the politican shall be forbidden from accepting a position at any industry or company (or its affiliates) for which they sponsored, authored, or otherwise directly influenced legislation that directly affected those industries or companies.
A bipartisan commission shall be established to grade the performance of the legislator for the vote of confidence and raises.
