Ban sale, manufacture, possession of "assault weapons," high capacity mags; Confiscate assault weapons & high capacity mags; Nationwide database of all owners; Annual registration w/identifiable electronic marker; Required gun safety classes; Weapons "prescription" from licensed physician, deemed mentally competent; Report lost/stolen weapons in 48 hours; Liability insurance for all firearms; Limit firearm purchases to 1 per person, 3 per household per year; Limit ammo purchases to 3x a year; 3 to 6 week waiting periods; Ammo manufacturers to sequentially identify all ammo; Ban interstate & international sale of weapons & ammo by individuals; Ban online sale of firearms & ammo by individuals; Ban private sale of firearms & ammo by individuals; Mandatory prison sentences
