We do not believe citizens should be penalized as the way to control guns. By having mandatory 1ST Time sentences such as FL 10-20-Life in all 50 states we will penalize the criminal not the citizen.
While some States have 3 Strike law, they do enforce 1ST time crime with gun criminal acts. Before we attempt to control guns we must set an example to our citizens that we are concerned with deterring crimes committed with guns.
Although FL 10-20-Life Law is not perfect, nothing is, and this Law has reduced crimes with guns by 30%. Let's lead by example. www.unitedamericaparty.org
