Enact a 2 term limit for all congress members in an effort to encourage congress to focus on issues rather than re-election. In the same way we limit our President to two terms, we should do the same for House of Representatives and Senate members. Becoming a congress man or woman should be an honorable way to serve your country, not a career choice. Many members of congress get caught up with being re-elected instead of focusing on solving problems and making our country a better place. By limiting them to two, four year terms we can help turn their focus to the job at hand. Put this plan to national vote duing the next presidential election to ennact a new amendment to the constitution.
