Enact a %25 tax on all gun and ammunition purchases to fund better security and mental health services in public schools

In order to ensure the security and positive mental health of all children in the public school system a tax of %25 will be enacted on all purchases of gun and ammunition with all proceeds to be distributed on a per capita basis to fund the placement of security personnel and metal health counselors in all public schools. All counseling will be given to students and family members free of charge.
