Enact a 28th Amendment that would reform Congress and put control back in the hands of the people, for the people.

28th Amendment
Claim: Proposed constitutional amendment seeking to require that laws apply equally to U.S. citizens and members of Congress.
"Congress shall make no law that applies to the citizens of the United States that does not apply equally to the Senators and Representatives; and, Congress shall make no law that applies to the Senators and Representatives that does not apply equally to the citizens of the United States."
1. TERM LIMITS
2. NO TENURE/NO PENSION
3. CONGRESS (past, present & future) PARTICIPATES equally in all laws passed for all citizens.
4. CONGRESS WILL NO LONGER VOTE THEMSELVES a PAY RAISE. It will be lower of CPI or 2.5%.
5. Congress will participate in the same health care system as the American people.
6. All Congressman contracts are void as of 1/1/13
