The All American Arms Act:
• Ban the private ownership of all lethal firearms.
• Establish local militias, separate from the police and administered by its members, which will have access to lethal weapons.
• Individuals who want access to lethal firearms must be members of the militia.
• Militia membership will be equal in regulation to acquiring and maintaining a driver's license.
• Citizens must pass a psychological evaluation to acquire and renew militia membership.
• Non-militia members are encouraged to own and carry non-lethal firearms for personal protection.
