Enact and implement a national Civil Union code that would replace all state Marriage and Civil Union applications.

In order for all people of any particular sexual orientation to benefit from our federal government and any financial applications attributed to marriage, it would be wise to repeal all benefits of traditional marriage and simultaneously enact a Civil Union code to recognize the monogamous relationships of any two consenting adults.
In this way all of the financial benefits and responsibilities such are applied for tax purposes would be attached to such Civil Unions as they had been to any Marriage.
