PG&E is a blatant monopoly. Aside from living completely off-grid, there is no alternative. I urge the Federal Government to close whatever loophole that allows this for-profit corporation to operate without competition. The government should enact whatever anti-trust laws that is in the books, and give the consumer a real choice in California.
