It is time for the country to have a rational gun debate. I know that the Constitution grants Americans the right to bear arms. These rights are not absolute. You can own a hunting rifle, but not a fully functioning tank. Somewhere in the middle, we can reach an agreement. I propose a ban on semi-automatic assault rifle and high capacity magazines.
