What we need are sheepdogs: trusted agents like police officers, security guards, and responsible concealed carry license holders to protect our society from domestic enemies. The content of the Child Protection Act of 2012 would be simple. If you're organization (public or private) prevents concealed carry holders from having guns on your premise, you would be required by law to have a comprehensive security plan with armed guards to execute it.
