Police Brutality,use of lethal force, and intentional obstruction of justice has reached epidemic levels in our country. President Obama it is your duty to protect us from threats DOMESTIC and abroad. It is safe to say the police have become the domestic threat.
We are asking for a comprehensive Law Enforcement Reform Act that includes ALL of the following.
1) Mandatory cameras on Law Enforcement Officers.
2) Annual standardized mental wellness exams.
3) Mandatory Trial Jury for any officer that kills an unarmed person.
4) Only Smart Guns are approved for police use.
5) Automatic Federal review of all police districts with disproportionate racial stop and arrest ratios.
7) Removal of military weapons from local police departments
8) Jail time for collusion to protect abusive officers.
