The current congressional representation is corrupted by self-serving career politicians. The Congressional Reform Act of 2011-2012-2013 (CRA 123) was never enacted. This petition is a reiteration of the demands presented in the CRA 123 with the added demand that the reform be adopted as a Constitutional Amendment. The debt crisis brought on by treasonous banking practices and corporate unaccountability failed to make clear that US congressional representatives are not superior to the citizens whom they serve. Equality must be legislated, again.
