Through the last few administration's congress has failed to do there jobs properly. They continue to have very low approval ratings and continue to fail to pass common sense legislation. Or to even pass anything at all that is good for this country. There needs to be some sort of term limits in congress so new people and ideas can be introduced. The same old politics as usual is failing this country.
