Enact Congressional Term Limits of Five Years

"Congress for Life" was created by our forefathers by necessity in times when communications were delivered on horseback. It truly took time to initiate and resolve acts of congress. However, in the digital age, the time argument is no longer valid. Congressional term limits would solve the gridlock in Washington. Eliminating career politicians whose primary concern is re-election is the only possible solution to elevating the concerns of the constituents to the priority position.
