this would allow for people to do what they wish without any government/religious interference; so long as all criteria are met. all involved must be a consenting adult giving their consent to be involved in said activity and secondly that it occurs on private property. as long as i am in my house i should be allowed to play with my toys and the only thing i am required to do is allow you the same freedom. the second this activity spills in to the public then there is a problem.
