Enact a Constitutional Amendment to place term limits on BOTH members of the House of Representatives & the Senate.

I, Scott Christopher Johnson, hereby petition the Obama Administration to introduce a Constitutional Amendment that would enact term limits on both chambers of Congress, namely the House of Representatives & the Senate. The Executive Branch (President of the U,S) already has a limit of two 4 year terms in office & I propose that members of the House be limited to three 2 years terms while members of the Senate be limited to two 6 year terms. Career politicians are becoming increasingly too powerful as the advantage of incumbency is oftentimes too much for fresh faces to be elected to Congress. They have become a burden on the entire country with their inability to work together & it's time for a change in policy in this regard.
