Enforcement of Federal Laws pertaining to Controlled
Substances abuse by state governments.
Passage of laws in conflict with Federal Law relating to the above shall be charged with "Knowing abuse of
Federal Law" by the Federal Justice Department and
processed by the Federal Courts.
Guilty parties, including any legislator who voted "Yes" on
passage of such legislation, any State Governor who fails to report the existance of such legislation shall be
removed from office, incarcerated in a Federal Pennitentiary for a period of fifteen (15) years and will be
barred from further service in any State or Federal
government office.
