Provide a two year period in which cryptocurrency financial transactions - including buying, selling, and mining - are free from federal taxation. The 1998 Internet Tax Freedom Act provides a starting point for drafting this legislation. Cryptocurrency shows enormous potential for our society and it would ashame if this innovation were to be stifled by rushed and uninformed legislative decisions.
