On March 1st, sequestration, an act cutting millions of dollars from necessary organizations such as healthcare, agriculture, and defense, went into effect. This act has severely limited the ability of the economy to rise and showed the inability of our current elected officials.
The constitution states that a government's foremost job is to protect its citizens and promote tranquility. On March 1, 2013, the current congress showed it's inability to do either of those.
I ask that the Obama Administration allow 1 month of successive ballots be given to the citizens of the United States. Allow the nation to vote on the matters that Congress does not have the ability to vote on. Allow each registered voter a chance to vote on every ballot and see if we, the working class, can fix this.
