We hereby petition this government to adopt on an AUDITABLE and recountable method of voting such as punch cards in addition to ink dipped fingers to ensure one voter, one vote. IF electronic voting machines are used, a printed receipt should be offered to each voter reflecting what vote was cast. Mandatory random audits should be performed at every precinct to ensure vote integrity.
Additionally, our troops should be guaranteed absentee voting with criminal prosecution for any party or government entity that IN ANY WAY inhibits their receipt of absentee ballots in a timely manner.
