Enact election reform. Only voters elect public officials, therefore only voters may contribute to election campaigns.

Created by K.H. on November 14, 2012

The influence of money has a disproportionate impact on our electoral process, lessening the voice of the public while giving favor to special interests and the super wealthy.

Return the will of the people to the democratic process by removing the corrosive effect large donors have on the election process.

Only registered voters may elect a public official, therefore only registered voters may contribute to election campaigns and only up to the amount of the average wage earners monthly income.

If elected officials can't get elected working within a limited budget, how can they be expected to manage a limited budget.
