Enact election reform in order to allow the Presidency to be decided by a popular vote, and not the electoral college.

The electoral college is undemocratic. In this nation built on values of civic duty and the love of one's country, centered around the sacred right to vote, it is a disgrace that our presidency is determined by the number of votes a candidate receives from the electoral college and not by the citizenry. Voters must feel that their vote matters in order to want to participate in the governance of this republic, and the popular vote is a way to do this. The more people that vote, the more people that will be happy with the government and the nation. Confidence breeds success.
