It's time that we end our futile attempts to demonize Cannabis. It is commonly recognized as non-harmful--and even beneficial--and has a long history of use by humans throughout the world. Actually, if we consider the data, it should be considered less harmful than alcohol, which of course is legal since we realized the policy of Prohibition did not work. It still doesn't. Our prisons are full, our Justice System clogged with non-violent offenders who are only guilty of possessing a PLANT. It is high time that the first President to openly admit that "he inhaled, repeatedly" recognize the hypocrisy inherent in not doing something about this injustice.
