The constitution shall be amended to provide for the following:
1: Any bill that becomes law and that affects the people, shall also be equally binding, funded, and enforced for all members of Congress.
2: Any bill that becomes law and that affects the members of Congress, shall also be equally binding, funded, and enforced for all of the people where applicable and pertains to any law, decree, enactment, or legislation where the intent of same may affect both the Congress member and the people.
3: This amendment shall pertain to, but not be limited to:
-Retirement benefits
-Health Care Benefits
-Protections as guaranteed by the Constitution
