eliminating all payroll taxes with a simlified sales tax on new goods, foreigners and those in now underground economy will pay taxes . flat rate income tax still takes from the ecomonomy the sales tax adds to, then taxes
by lowering rates ,adding millons of additional payers we take in the same amount in tax while lowering individual s tax
flat rate tax still have to file and foreingners drug dealers pimps etc escape paying tax !!!
we eliminate the irs alltogether giving the states a small percentage to collect and tuen over to treasury the sales tax we save millions in pay roll and refunds every year plus individual s cost to file the income tax !!!
