On-site expenses limited to rental of a public venue, permits as required, staff as necessary, economy lodging and meals for candidate and immediate staff. Security limited to the venue and two personal bodyguards.
Media cannot be bought. All candidates get equal air-time in the same time frame. No personal attacks allowed, campaign on personal experience only. No campaigning prior to deadline.
