Mister President, we the people wish to enact a Compulsory Sterilization program to prevent the likes of Miley Cyrus, Justin Bieber, and the Kardashians and their "Fans" from reproducing anymore than they are. Please, if you don't want our country to be overrun by the stupid and the amoral, sign enact this petition into law immediately.
