Federal Gun tax will include a new additional gun registration process. The funds from this tax will be used to create a federal enforcement and auditing agency. The agency will conduct audits of gun owners to review appropriateness if storage, physical access, mental capacity of those in the vicinity of the guns and overall safety of guns owners.
