Enact a federal initiative process similar to many state initiative processes, wherein any US citizen may propose federal legislation for The People to vote on in federal elections, Reasonable limits would be placed on the amount of time allowed to gather signatures and the minimum number of signatures required to qualify the proposed legislation for the ballot.
