Enact a federal law making it a felony crime for anyone, including federal agents, to violate or restrict 2nd amendment.

Created by B.H. on January 16, 2013

Texas and Wyoming are both in the process of creating state laws to protect the constitutional 2nd amendment rights of citizens. Texas is calling this the "Firearms Protection Act".

"The Firearms Protection Act bill would make any federal law banning semi-automatic firearms or limiting the size of gun magazines unenforceable within the state's boundaries. Anyone trying to enforce a federal gun ban could face felony charges under the proposal,"

This should be enacted on a federal scale to ensure the protection of the constitutional rights of all citizens of the United States.

Regardless of where you stand on gun control, let's not forget that our government must always be less powerful than the collective power of its citizens.
