enact a federal law requiring a minimum of 30 minutes to break (lunch) for all employees working more than 8 hours.

Created by J.L. on August 18, 2013

There is no federal law requiring all businesses to allow their employees a break from working more than 8 hours in a day. These breaks can be used for stress relief, snacking, and a small rest which could help the employee better combat stress and over work.
