This petition is being started for the millions of citizens and taxpayers being crushed by debt imposed by government institutions, representatives, lobbyist, and power financial institutions.
THIS LAW WOULD CREATE RESTRICTIONS ON FEDERAL GOVERNMENT. THE RESTRICTION CALLS FOR US DEBT PER TAX PAYER TO BE NO MORE THAN 10%-15% OF THE NATIONAL GDP PER CAPITA.
UNLESS A SUPER MAJORITY WAS VOTED IN TIMES OF CRISIS.
