Enact federal legislation mandating the addition of bullet-proof panic rooms adjacent to all US public school classrooms

During the massacre in Newtown, CT last friday, one of the teachers was able to save her entire class by hiding in a bathroom. If every classroon at Sandy Hook Elementary had access to a bathroom or closet large enough to hold all the children, more lives could have possibly been saved. Every classroom in US public schools ought to have access to a bullet-proof panic room that the children and faculty can hide in and prevent further tragedy of this kind.
