enact federal legislation reinforcing a child's constitutional right not to have a religion established upon them.

Created by N.C. on December 07, 2011

The Bill of Rights are the first ten Individual Rights guaranteed to all United States citizens. Individual US citizens undergo horrendous treatment when they decide to leave groups (especially religious) in which they were nonconsentually, but officially, included as toddlers/young children (baptisms, bris, etc.). Many of these religious programs do not promote adequate knowledge and understanding of the civil rights guaranteed to the minors in their care OR certain civil rights that they do have that aren't reflected in their religion are described as paths to destitution & immorality (even if they do leave their religious group).
