Enact Federal Regulation on Medicaid

Created by D.J. on August 31, 2014

Medicaid is a necessity for many Americans. The Disabled, Mentally Challenged, Poor, Very Sick, and Elderly. It is a necessity that all Americans be treated equal. Under the current Federal Rule Medicaid is set by the States. The States then decide who can live and who can die. It should be up to the people. The Federal Government needs to make Federal Rules that all States follow for Medicaid. It is not fair that many of the people who have to be on Medicaid must pick and choose where they live. The Federal Government exists to take care of the people. We the people pay our fair share of taxes no matter what State we live in and should be able to have equal Health Care under Medicaid.
