Enact a flat income tax on all sources of income with no exemptions, deductions or credits. Corporations pay only on retained earings. This will make taxes fair. Everyone pays the same percentage of income on all sources of income. It will also free the economy from government influences by eliminating the exemptions, deductions, and credits.
