The following recommendations for Gun Control and Monitoring and recertification in the United States:
- Ban All Assault Style Weapons
- Ban All High Capacity Magazines
- Enact a Federal Gun Control Policy and Licensing System
- Require Re-testing, Additional Back round Checking, character references for all current licensees every 3 years
- Require medical sign off from a doctor siting no known mental health issues to obtain or renew permits each time.
- Limit to two registered firearms (Pistol and/or Rifle) per household
- Require proper storage system for firearm holders certified by law enforcement
- Limit amount of ammunition that can be stored to a minimum amount per household or per firearm (ie 20 rounds, 30 rounds, etc).
- Allow a federal buyback program for excess firearms.
