Gun Shows: Buyers of weapons must be pre-registered. Pre-registration will include a background check.
Weapons purchased cannot be carried out of the show but will be delivered by certified courier or parcel service with 5 days of the purchase. Deliveries will only be made to the of the person on the registration who also showed ID at the time of.
Gun Show buyers must be residents of the state in which they purchase or apply for a “Non-Resident” buyer’s certificate.
No loaded ammunition can be sold at a gun show.

Semi-Automatic Weapons: The purchase, ownership, possession or use of a semi-automatic weapon requires a training certificate and registration as “Specialized Weapons Handler”.
