America loves Ice Cream. it's inevitable. Americans go through so much stress every day in the workplace, dealing with the government, and other important tasks. I believe that at least once every two months, there should be a National Free Ice Cream Day, as a cool off for the troubles we've been having. It can also be treated as a Thank You from the Government to the People.
