Enact a Full Assault Rifle Ban and Order the confiscatation of all Semi Automatic and Automatic Weapons owned before ban

To Get the President and the congress to Ban all Semi-Automatic and Automatic Weapons from being sold in any form, including online, trade shows, Anyone purchasing would be in violation of the ban and subject to have their Semi Automatic and Automatic Weapons Seized Regardless of when they purchased them, if they were purchased with handicap of missing parts, and the Seizure of all weapons would be done thru Records from Gun shops and state and local agencies that keep tract.
This would be in regards to the Second Ad. that allows for gun ownership for militia which is the national guard which keeps seperate funding and leadership from the federal goverment.
