To enact fines and for repeat offenders jail time for those who attempt to restrict or control any form of media especially for religious reasons. The First amendment already protects our right to free speech and expression in this country and these people represent a clear and present threat to not only the american peoples freedom but our very way of life. These fines should be especially directed towards any individual whom attempts to violate the basic bill of rights and wastes taxpayer time and money with useless petitions such as the recent "ban skyrim" petition. I believe people such as these may be put to much better use serving the public in chain gangs and making license plates rather than being the detriment to our society that they are today.
