We the People wish to raise a petition in support of (Panacea Corps Of Chattel Slavery Ltd. a Non-Profit 501 C 3 organization www.pcocs.org) PCOCS. This Petition begun on the 18th day of August 2007 The order of this petition is perpetual until such time when the PCOCS organization reaches its targeted goal of a minimum of 25 million signatures.
Acts of Enslaving Africans do not inure to the benefit of their Descendants and all alike.
The H.R. 40 Bill displays the best expression for investigating slavery. For this fact alone PCOCS has taken on the challenge to Centralize Black History Information and to educate the public on the History and Legacy of Africans Enslaved Africans and their descendants.
