An inheritance cap (5 mill. per individual-more if you've created 100s of jobs) will spark the economy as folks gift money now, or hire their heirs, to get around the cap now, while they're still alive! Wealthy will spend immediately, pay workers more, and stop over conquering, because it'd all be for contribution and creation if you can't hoard fortunes through multiple generations. Unallocated assets go directly toward paying our national debt, until we have a surplus, and then it can go toward supplanting income tax one day! With either international adoption, or regulations to make it fair, not giving unrestricted foriegners advantages over local investors, our country would thrive now!
