Enact a Jaeger program.

After having my mind completely blown after watching Pacific Rim, I couldn't stop thinking about the impending threats to America and how helpful starting up a Jaeger of our own. This will hold back all threats, be it international or interplanetary. The Jaegers could also be used for disaster relief, safely retrieving victims of natural disasters and war torn countries. We've just discovered another planet that rains glass, how long will it be until we discovers aliens in space ships trying to destroy the White House. Will Smith won't live forever, and that's why we need Jaegers.
